1920'S Biography Project Description:


This project will be counted as your test grade for chapter 20.
You must check in on the dates listed below. Each check in date is counted as a quiz grade and will be averaged as one test grade.
The first part of this project will be completed on a wiki page, to be explained in class.

DUE DATES:
1. Topic Selection by Friday December 3,
2. Sign up for a wiki account and membership to this wiki by Monday December 6.
3. Outline of person's life, including the timeline by Wed. December 8. (on wikispaces)
4. Bibliography of sources by Friday December 10 (on wikispaces)
5. Final project is due on Monday December 13th. (Optional presentations will be assigned after this date)

Here is your task:
EVERYONE:
Choose a famous person from the 1920's era. Consult your textbook for important people of this time period. Research the person's life. When finished you will:
  • Complete an outline on the person's life, based on your research (click here to see sample outline page).
  • Do further research on the person's life (be sure to note sources in a bibliography)
  • Create a Time Line (click to use timeline generator) of the person's life. click here to see sample of a timeline.

ALL of the above, as indicated, will be posted on MrsMobiliohistoryprojects.wikispaces.com by the required due dates. Click on person's name on wiki navigation page to post your outline and timeline. PLEASE BE SURE TO PUT YOUR NAME ON YOUR WORK.

Then you can choose the form of your final project from below:1. Create a poster biography (11X17) with a separate timeline to be placed on the poster.2. Create the biography as a Power Point, Animoto (cartoon movie), iMovie or Photo Story. You can use the following Resources:
